What a day for our club at the IIRC in Limerick
We are so incredibly proud of every athlete who took to the floor yesterday. Congratulations to all our medal winners, your results are a true reflection of the extreme hard work, discipline and dedication you show week after week.
To those making comebacks after injury, your resilience, grit and determination are inspiring. To the athletes who achieved PBs, you truly pulled out all the stops and showed up as the best versions of yourselves.
A huge well done to those who competed for the first time. It is no small feat to step onto that stage and race against some of the best athletes in Ireland and from all over the world. What an incredible leap and we could not be prouder.
And to the athletes who may not have come home with medals or PBs this time, but showed true lion hearts, courage, determination and commitment, your effort does not go unnoticed. It takes enormous bravery to stand on that floor, to push through nerves, pressure and expectation, and you represent this club with pride.
We also want to recognise the heart of this team, the teammates who coached each other, encouraged each other, got everyone to their races, and cheered, loudly and passionately, from start to finish. That support makes all the difference.
And to the families and coaches who turn up week after week, who drive hundreds of miles, who give their time, energy and belief so generously, thank you. You are a huge part of every success.
But above all, it is the team spirit that shines brightest. When we stand together as one, we are stronger, louder and unstoppable
